• Do you have a working knowledge of the Think Orange philosophy of ministry and curriculum (First Look/252 Basics)?

• Do you have proven leadership ability and effective communication skills with children, parents and volunteers?

• Are you able to recruit, train, inspire and develop teams and volunteers?

• Northview Church is known for: A Helicopter Easter Egg Drop with over 4000 in attendance, Annual Truck or Treat and many other innovative summer events for kids and their families. We like to think outside the box to reach our community. Are you a creative dreamer and organizer for large outreach events to the community?

• Do you thrive in a team environment and bring a passion for introducing and leading children to Christ?

• Are you able to provide pastoral care to children and their families?
